Samsung has announced its new ebook reader for South Korea, the SNE-50K. This cute ebook reader measures only 5-inches at 6.5 ounces and it comes with a 600 x 800 resolution, 512MB of built-in memory and capable of viewing PDF files and Microsoft Office documents. A single charge will get 4320 pages of viewing. The device will be shown at CES next year, priced at $274 with unknown release date.

Samsung Electronics has announced two professional LCD monitors ‘Syncmaster 80 Series(model: F2080/F2380)’ in Korea. These display support 178-degree viewing angle and 150,000:1 contrast ratio, an adjustable stand and 15mm-thick slim bezel with a non-reflective black color. Samsung has launched a 29mm-thick 50-inch PDP TV ‘PAVV PDP 850′ aka Finger Slim in Korea. It is 40% more power efficient and 20% lighter (26kg) than the company’s previous PDP TVs. It features Samsung’s full HD Crystal Engine, DLNA Support, USB 2.0 Videos giving you the possibility to watch DivX videos, photos, or play your MP3 directly from an external HDD or USB Thumb key to your TV. Samsung has announced its fastest color laser printer at 32 pages per minute, it is known as ‘CLP-770NDK’, obviously designed for corporate enterprise.

“Its high toner yield of up to 7,000 pages, ability to handle large volumes of paper (up to 1,600 pages) and impressive 120,000-page maximum monthly duty cycle makes the CLP-770NDK a highly versatile device that meets the requirements of the most demanding of office environments.”

The printer comes with wireless connectivity, LCD display, an intuitive UI and optional 80GB hard disk drive. This color printer will sure cut down the time users spend waiting for document.

Samsung Korea has announced its new full touchscreen phone called Haptic8m also known as the SCH-W740. It has a 3.3-inch large screen, 8.0-megapixel camera with xenon flash, autofocus and smile shot, Bluetooth connectivity, 5.76 mps HSUPA upload, T-DMB and electronic dictionary. The phone also comes with a face-tagging feature which allows users to store some information in the face picture taken by the phone, then user can make phone call or SMS directly from the picture. The Samsung Haptic8m comes with suggested price around 900, 000 KRW.
