KornTech Humanoid Robot – Rogun

WL-16RIII Walkbot

The WL-16RIII Walkbot, yeah a walkbot developed at Waseda University, Japan. It is designed for the disabled and elderly and maybe some lazy people. It is powered by 850-Mhz Intel Pentium 3 processor and provides 2 joysticks for you to control and it’s able to walk on stairs. Here’s good news to all robot fans, the YakaraTomy will released their Omnibot2007 i-SOBOT CAMVersion by the end of the year. This robot can walk, dance, respond to voice command and it has a camera. It also has a Wi-Fi connection for its remote control. Omnibot2007 i-SOBOT CAMVersion measures 96x67x165mm and weighs 350g.

The interesting when come to 1 on 1 robot fight, the Chameleon robot which is different from others. This Chameleon Robot is powered by 5 motors and comes with a long and heavy tongue which is center of gravity and also use as the weapon.
