LG Electronics has launched its premium notebook pc ‘XNOTE P310 Series’ in Korea market, powered by Centrino 2 platform. The laptop features an aluminum finish with black rose pattern and comes with a 13.1-inch LCD display with LED back light. It is powered by Intel Core 2 Duo processor T9400(2.53GHz) and comes with 3GB DDR3 memory, 2GB of Turbo Memory, 320GB HDD and high-performance NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT. Looking for an affordable lappie, here’s one eMachines eMD620-5777, priced at only $430. It is powered by AMD Athlon 2650e processor (1.6GHz, 512KB L2 cache, 800MHz FSB), running on Vista Home Basic and comes with 1GB of DDR2, 160GB HDD, ATI Radeon X1200 graphics (up to 1919MB of ATI’s HyperMemory), 14.1-inch widescreen display with 1280×800 resolution, DVD burner, 802.11b/g WiFi and two USB ports. Not bad huh, available starting 1st November at Best Buy.

It is powered by an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor and comes with 8GB or 16GB SSD, or 60GB HDD for storage, webcam, Wi-Fi (3G coming later), and adorned with onyx-toned “swirl” imprint design. Just want to tell you guys that the new Dell Inspiron Mini 12 netbook has been released in Japan. This netbook is running on either Linux Ubuntu or Microsoft Windows XP OS and it comes with 1GB RAM, 60GB or 80GB hard drive, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, an integrated webcam, and a 12.1 inch WXGA display screen. It is priced $600 above depending on your configuration.

This is when a notebook looks like a notebook. It is called “Mo”, a concept by Joseph Riehl, a redefined and customizable notebook PC to fit the owner needs. It has two touch displays combining to the form of book. The screens will detect each other automatically when installed and it can also be used separately. It has a stylus that work like a mouse, which has the left/right click, scroll and copy/paste button. Touch the screen to read or to make any kind of changes in your book. Someone claims that this is the new MacBook Pro, expected to be unveiled in the 14th October this month. Few changes mentioned: First, it has a two tone case which is first time for Apple. The lid is made of black glossy plastic with aluminum bottom. That reminds of evolution of iPhone. Second, the lid dispenses with hook clasps in favor of a magnetic latch mechanism, like current MacBooks. Third, there’s no multitouch sensitive “glass touchpad”. Toshiba has announced its new Dynabook NX Series notebook. It is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo SU9300 CPU (1.20GHz) and comes with 12.1’’ LED back lighted LCD screen with WXGA resolution (1280×800), 2GB of RAM (up to 3GB), 128GB of SSD or 160GB of SATA HDD, as well as DVD Super Multi Drive, Wifi b/g/n, three USB ports, e-Sata port, and SD card slot. The Panasonic Toughbook F8 is the world’s lightest 3G-ready computer with 14.1-inch wide display and internal optical drive. It weighs at 3.7 pounds, powered by Intel Core 2 Duo processor and featuring 4GB of RAM, a 160GB shock-mounted hard drive, an optional integrated Gobi 3G global mobile Internet (EV-DO and HSPA), integrated TPM Security Chip. Toughbook is for those who are little rough in their work, this one has the ability to withstand more than 220 pounds of pressure and it comes with a spill-resistant keyboard too. The Panasonic Toughbook F8 will be available this November at $2500.
