LG Korea is introducing their new LG BL40 Chocolate Christmas Edition. This Choco will be launched in South Korea on the 10th December 2009. It features golden accents around its black body. It comes with an 8-megapixel digicam with Autofocus (original BL40 only 5MP). Customers will also get a voucher for a prize of up to 5-million Korean Won (that’s around $4,000). Verizon Wireless and Casio have partnered up and released this Casio G’zOne – pronounced as Jeez wun. It comes with a basic 2.0MP camera, LED light, bluetooth, microSD card slot and Triple Sensor technology for Earth Compass, Walking Counter, Thermometer, Astro Calendar, Sunrise Sunset and Tides software. Nokia is introducing its latest slider the Nokia 6700 Slide, available in six fresh and vivid colors including pink, red, petrol blue, aluminum, lime and purple. It is made for design-conscious consumers. The Nokia 6700 Slide features a 2.2-inch QVGA display with a resolution of 320 x 240, 5.0-megapixel camera with dual LED flash, a microSD support up 16GB and it is powered by 860 mAh battery. Samsung has released its Diva series which consists of S5150 Olivia and S7070, targeting on the ladies. The S5150 codenamed Olivia is a clamshell that comes with small external display in the front beneath the mirror-like body and a a 2.2-inch QVGA display, a 3MP digital camera, a microSD card slot, a music player, and Bluetooth. While the Samsung S7070 is touchscreen that comes with a 3-inch WQVGA resistive touchscreen, a 5MP camera, Bluetooth, a microSD card slot and an FM Radio. LG Electronics has launched a new smartphone called ‘LG GW550′ in twenty countries starting in Brazil and Argentina. It is running on Windows Mobile 6.5 OS and comes with 12mm-thick 2.4-inch LCD screen, 3.2M camera, Wi-Fi support, A-GPS, high-performance dual-speaker and front-facing QWERTY keyboard. It also has the ‘Smart E-mail’ and ‘Smart Contact’ functions. The LG GW550 is a phone targetting on businessman.

LG is going to released the Chocolate Touch LG VX8575 starting November 5 in the US via Verizon Wireless. It is equipped with patented Dolby Mobile, featuring ‘Join the Band’ menu that allows users to use their fingers to tap on a full drum kit complete with snare drum, kick drum, floor tom, hi-hat cymbal, ride cymbal, crash cymbal, and even a cowbell. LG has released a new 2G mobile for golf players in Korea, the LG PRO aka LG-SB210. The phone is preloaded with 280 golf courses maps and other golf-related service. Other features include a 3-inch touchscreen with 240 x 400 pixels, G-sensor, compass, calories calculator, GPS, a 242MB of internal memory and a MicroSD card support. It comes with a touchscreen LCD display, a 3.2-megapixel camera with built in digital zoom and a range of software editing features, FM radio with 12 presets, and access to social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook and MySpace. The LG Chocolate Touch is available for $79.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with two-year contract.
