Lenovo today added the ThinkPad R60 notebook, the latest addition to the popular R Series. It sports a bright XGA or SXGA+ TFT 15 inch display and Intel Core Duo 2GHz. It also has DVD-RW optical drive, integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity, high speed EvDO WWAN, a 128MB ATI Mobility Radeon X1400, 1GB DDR2 RAM that can be expanded up to 3GBs and a 100GB hard drive. Embarrassing moment for Sony VAIO laptop. Sony was displaying its Blu-ray playback at one of the club in NYC on the first purple VAIO and the ultra thin 505 laptop. They proudly present the early Blu-ray content of “The House of Flying Daggers” until a troublemaker pressed the eject button to reveal, an old school of DVD+R? Ouch…that was really a type of Sonys joke of the year!
