Another Dell Exploded

Another Dell goes boom two days ago, exploding battery. An IT admin, Douglas Brown’s who was working at an Ohio hospital got his Dell 9200 caught fire inside his home. He said that it looks like fireworks.

It features RAID 0, 1 or 5, a dual video card setup, and the choice between triple Solid State or SATA 300 hard drives. Xtreme 917V notebook will be from $3,359 onwards.

HP Korea has released their new 12.1-inch wide ‘Compaq Presario B1200’ notebook pc. Weighing at 1.72 kg, it is powered by Intel Centrino Core 2 Duo CPU and running Windows Vista Business. It comes along with a Super Multi 8x DVD±RW with Double Layer Support and Intel GMA X3100 graphic technology. HP Compaq Presario B1200 comes with a suggested price of 1,000,000 KRW ($1075).

Sony Vaio FZ2 series laptops

Sony has released its Vaio FZ2 series laptops. These new laptops will come with a 15.4-inch WXGA displays and you can choose from two processors, the Core 2 Duo T7250 or T7500. They will be 2GB of RAM, a 250GB hard drive, and your choice of Blu-ray or DVD combo drives. The Sony FZ2 laptops will be price $1,299 or $1,399 depending on your configuration.

It is powered by on Intel Core 2 Duo T5300 processor and boasts a 12.1-inch WXGA LCD, 2GB RAM, S-ATA 120GB hard disk, DVD Super Multi optical drive, Bluetooth connectivity, 1.3-megapixel webcam and supports WLAN. Samsung Electronics is launching their new 19-inch Desknote ‘Sens G25’ in Korea market in late July. Designed in high glossy black and boasts a SATA2 320GB hard disk and seven USB2.0 ports. Its 19-inch wide LCD supports 1000:1 contrast ratio and 300cd/m2 brightness. This laptop comes with number keypad and AC power supply just like the desktop PC.
