Today, SKY Korea has announced its IM-U460K handset. It is a pretty basic phone with 3MP camera, T-DMB function and DAP and PMP features. It also comes with electronic dictionary, subway map, and its unique feature called “Sky Neon Message Feature” that display any message you want on its 3” LCD (something like the scrolling LED). Toshiba is going to launch a 9.9mm-thick smartphone called T-01A in Japan. The phone is based on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon platform, featuring a 4.1-inch wide touchscreen with 800 x 480 resolution, the T-01A features HSDPA, GPS and Wi-Fi support. No pricing and availability announced.

LG has released a new fully loaded multimedia phone the LG ARENA (LG-KM900) at a press conference in Korea.

Arena is LG’s new flagship model for 2009 that offers high quality audio and video experience with top-of-the-line multimedia features made possible by LG’s intuitive new 3D S-Class User Interface.

LG’s new S-Class UI was designed to leverage the advantages of touchscreens and also to enhance the web surfing experience. At the main, it has a 3D cube layout that provides four customizable home screens. With the powerful AMD processor, it has fast and smooth 3D transitions between menus. Looks like the iPhone style.

LG has released its new business phone in Korea, it is the ‘LG-LV7400′ which features global roaming service in 210 countries. The phone comes with 2.8-inch LCD screen and a large keypad plus a non-glossy finish and red LED light. Besides those, it also includes ‘Mobile Franklin Planner’, web browser, mobile messenger, text viewer, Outlook Sync and more. The ‘LG-LV7400′ is available in black, white and pink, priced below 500,000(KRW).

Samsung B7610 Omnia Pro is a WinMo PocketPC that comes with sliding QWERTY keyboard, a 3.5-inch WVGA AMOLED touchscreen, 5 megapixel auto focus camera with LED flash, HSPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, FM radio, and a microSD slot (support for up to 32GB). It is powered by an ARM1176-based CPU (with a dedicated graphics acceleration) running at 667MHz and also features 2GB of on-board flash storage and 135MB RAM

Another surprise is that Samsung announced that they will also release a second Omnia Pro handset which is in bar form factor and will known as Samsung B7320 Omnia Pro.
