![]() Alright, this is the Ben Heck’s latest modding, the portable PS3. It features an original 60 GB PS3 model with backwards compatibility, 17″ HDTV 720p screen, with HDMI connection and a built-in keyboard and stereo audio amplifier. The portable PS3 measures 17″ x 13.75″ x 3″ which is slightly thinner than the original PS3 and it weighs 16 pounds. The unit was planned to be auctioned off for charity. This update gives you two new features, the new custom button configuration for PS1 game playback, and the ability to quit remote play with your PS3 but leave your PS3 running. ![]() Wow! PS3 girls are hot. Sony has announced the next PlayStation 3 firmware “version 2.20” which is going to arrive later this month. The Version 2.20 will support BD-Live(profile 2.0) features which gives you the ability to download extra content like bonus scenes, ringtones and subtitles. The Blu-Ray Live also allows interactive movie-based games to communicate over the internet. ![]() Sony has released a limited edition PlayStation 3 starring the “Metal Gear Solid 4” theme with a steel chrome scheme. It is a 40GB console comes packaged with a “Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of Patriots software bundle and like-colored DualShock 3 controller.” This limited edition console will be launched on 12th June 2008 in Japan.
