David Münscher has designed a camera concept called the Canon Snap. This camera is small enough to fit in your finger and it only has one button for your photo taking. Hope they really put this into production. But I’m sure it will be pricey.

BenQ is introducing their new DC-T800 8-megapixel super-slim digital camera with a 3-inch touchscreen and “super shake-free” functionality. The camera also has the Face Tracking features, 2000 ISO photos, 6400 ISO movies and the 30fps 640 x 480 MPEG-4 recording. Oh yeah, guess what, BenQ has add in the in-camera photo editing function to this camera. The BenQ DC-T800 will be available sometime in October, 2007.

Hasselblad H3D DSLR, check out this one is from Leaf, its Afi range (AFi 7, AFi 6 and AFi 5) are 6 x 6 medium-format shooters take up to 70 shots per minute, boasting Schneider AutoFocus Digital lenses designed for 30+ megapixel camera backs. The demo unit will be shown by mid-october and should be available by the end of this month. Not sure how much is it but I’m sure it will cost you a lot of Ks.

If normal range of digital camera is not good enough for you then check out this $37K DSLR from Hasselblad, the 39-megapixel H3D. The Hasselblad H3D is the world’s first 48mm. full-frame, large-sensor, medium-format DSLR camera system. The H3D-39 shoots out a 5412 x 7212 image and has 2 GB CF card storage that holds 40 images on average. Sony has released their new DSLR, the α700, after releasing their first DSLR (α100) a year ago. It is a 12-megapixel DSLR with Image censor and BIONZ image procession technology, a magnesium alloy body, HDMI output, 3″ Extra Fine LCD, AF 11 points, a 5Fps setting (BIONZ Technology) and Dual Memory Slot (CF and Memory Stick). The Nikon Coolpix S51c 7.99-megapixel digital camera the successor to S51 comes with WiFi and Flickr support. Using this camera, you can actually upload and email your favorite hot shots to your friend via “my Picturetown” internet photo upload service. Pictures can be uploaded to Flick or your own blog. Nikon S51c is available for $460 while the S51 for $400, both of them will hit stores by September.

Olympus Korea has released new cameras for hardcore user. They are the ‘μ795SW’ and ‘μ790SW’, protecting against shock and water. The μ795SW’s shockproof withstand the falls of up to 1.5m, 100kg and waterproof to 10m depth while the μ790SW is shockproof against falls of up to 3m and waterproof to 3m depth. Panasonic has launched an 8.1-megapixel a high-end digital camera in Japan, the Lumix-FX55. It supports Leica DC Vario-Elmarit lens with 18x optical zoom (28~504mm). This camera has the Intelligent Auto Mode that automatically finds faces on its l2.5-inch LCD screen and eliminates blurring images by shaky hand. Samsung TechWin has released their new compact digital camera in Korea, the VLUU NV series. They are the VLUU NV20, VLUU NV15 and VLUU NV8. They all feature the shake reduction technology called the Fast ASR and Auto Contrast Balance function.

Fijifilm Korea has released a new 9-megapixel camera, the Finepix F47fd. It comes in silver color, measuring 23mm thick. Finepix F47fd supports ISO 2000 and compatible with SD and XD memory cards. Fujifilm Finepix F47fd will be available in a suggested price of 400,000 KRW.
