The Touch Diamond2 availability date will be around 17th April which is tomorrow and will be priced around $488 before tax or $561 after tax. HTC has confirmed to sell it starting April 22nd in Taiwan at $650. The pricing and availability are different in different regions. It should be hit all regions by the end of April. The 13.7mm HTC Touch Diamond2 comes with a 3.2-inch high-resolution wide-screen VGA display, 5.0-megapixel camera, microSD card slot, light sensor and a new touch sensitive zoom bar for faster zooming of Web pages, emails, text messages, photos or documents. Samsung has announced the Samsung B5702 phone today. It is a dual sim, dual-standby mobile phone that allows users to operate two SIM cards in one mobile phone simultaneously. This GSM Quad-band phone uses two LED lights two indicate which SIM is being used by an incoming call. The phone comes with an audio and video player, 3.0-megapixel camera and an FM radio with Radio Data System (RDS) function. HTC has announced its Snap, a new smartphone that runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 OS and features full QWERTY keyboard, 2.4-inch(320 x 240, no touch srceen), 2.0-megapixel camera, GPS/AGPS, WiFi, Bluetooch 2.0+EDR, quadband GSM and dualband HSDPA/WCDMA. The phone is powered by 528MHz Qualcomm CPU , 256MB of ROM and 128MB of RAM. The HTC Snap will be available in selected channels in Q2 2009. In addition, the unlocked version which supports HSDPA at 850/1900MHz for US will be available during the summer under the name HTC S522.
