The Nissan GT-R SpecV is available this starting February 8 with a price tag of $170,000. Its peal output will remain the same at 478hp but there’s a switch on the right of the steering wheel (shared with the cruise control) activates an electronic circuit to boost mid-range torque by 15 lb-ft (up to 449 lb-ft). There will be a green icon lights up on the dash when the overboost function is activated. This function is giving the driver 80 seconds to perform any overtaking maneuvers and then will default back to standard setting. Nissan has also replaced a several parts to lightweight carbon fiber which includes, interior trim including the seat-back adjuster, grille and brake ducts, along with the trick dry carbon fiber rear wing (coated in clear matte paint) that increases downforce.

According MotorTrader report: Kuala Lumpur, the Royal Malaysian Police have bough 25 units of high-powered Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution cars for catching criminals ~ especially in cases of carjacking, kidnapping and hijacking, these criminals often use modified turbo charged cars to escape. PDRM (Polis Di-Raja Malaysia) will be sending off their Evo drivers for some special training so that can be able to make full use of the car’s performance. This Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 10 Polis car is powered by 2.0l turbocharged engine which produces 280 horsepower. Better think twice before you speed, the police now have their turbocharged ride. The 2009 McLaren SLR Stirling Moss will be officially announced at the Detroit Auto Show in January next month. The car was designed with Stirling Moss’ 1955 300 SLR racer in mind. It is powered by an SLR722-supplied 650-hp supercharged 5.5-liter V8 mated with a five-speed auto, reaching 60 mph in 3.5 seconds and achieving the top speed of 217 mph. It also features a carbon fiber bodywork, swing-doors, retractable air brake (automatically deploys during hard braking from speeds above 75mph.) and two air scoops behind the driver and passenger. The 2009 Mercedes McLaren SLR Stirling Moss is limited to 75 units only and each will cost you about $1,100,000 only.
