Purchase High Definition at iTunes Store

Get the new version of iTunes, it features the HD video purchases.

“Movie fans can purchase box office blockbusters for download in HD for $19.99 from iTunes, and films will be available as iTunes Movie Rentals in HD for $4.99 within 30 days after release.”

Each purchase will come with an HD file and an iPod/iPhone SD file.

iPhone OS 3.0

Last two days on the March 17, 2009, Apple has presented the blueprint for iPhone OS 3.0, the next version of the world’s most advanced mobile platform. To promote its new features, Apple gave members of the iPhone Developer Program immediate access to the iPhone OS 3.0 software beta and an update Software Development Kit (SDK) with over 1,000 completely new APIs. When the iPhone 3 OS arrives this summer, it will introduce over a hundred new features which include the ability to: search your iPhone, cut/copy/paste, send photos/contact/audio files/location via mms, and read/compose email and text message in landscape. Unlocked iPhone in Taiwan

Here are more info about the iPhone in Taiwan, looks like there are changes from the previous announcement. I thought they supposed to have it on the 13th December according to previous news. But anyway, they will be able to get it this Saturday and it’s an Apple iPhone 3G unlocked. This contract-free iPhone 3G will be available via Chunghwa Telecom, priced at NT$26,600 (US$800) for the 8GB and NT$29,900 ($901) for the 16GB. You can also get it with two-year contract but CHT will require a refundable deposit of up to NT$24,000 ($725). Yeah, unlocked iPhone is always that price, $700-800, I saw one last week at the store selling up to $1000.

Rumor: 4GB iPhone 3G?

According to BGR’s rumor, there will be a 4GB iPhone coming to Walmart and will be priced at $99 with a 2-year contract. It’s for people that doesn’t care much about storage I guess.

The duiPhone is a new iPhone hack. They attached the breathalyzer to the back of the 3G iPhone (works on iPod Touch too, according to the pictures). Obviously it is to check alcohol level. Just blow into the mouthpiece and the application will determine your blood alcohol level and tell you whether you are good to go or you should take a cab. Enhancements to Mail- Resolved isolated issues with scheduled fetching of email and improved formatting of wide HTML email
