Panasonic SV-SD300, a digital audio player. This player does not have an internal memory, all files are directly runs on your SDcard. It features a 4-line black and white LCD and a NiMH battery that last 23 hours of non-stop playback on a fully recharge battery. Unfortunately, it only has a USB 1.1 connection, so it will be faster if you get a USB 2.0 card reader to transfer you file. It comes with white, silver, pink, and blue colors and each will be selling for $150. But this item now is currently available in Europe and Japan only.
