Hitachi 42-inch and 55-inch 1080 Plasma Display

Hitachi has introduced the world’s first 1080 42-inch plasma display as well as a new 55-inch plasma HDTV. The new displays carry the UltraVision HDS69 Plasma HDTV brand and both feature 3 HDMI inputs and 3 composite inputs. The displays are powered by Hitachi’s PictureMaster HD III processor which features dynamic contrast, dynamic histogram processing, maximum 16 bit/281 trillion color capability, automatic 3:2 film processing, 4 HD aspect modes, 6 SD aspect modes, and split screen/picture in picture.

LCD-TV241XBR : IOData 24″ LCD TV

IOData Japan released a new sweet home gadget, the LCD-TV241XBR which boasts a 24.1-inch LCD TV with supports up to 1920 x 1200 full HD resolutions. It features 1000:1 contrast ratio, 500cd/m2 brightness, 16ms response time, 2.5W+2.5W stereo speakers and a 178-degree viewing angle. The LCD-TV241XBR measures 566 x 228 x 418-488mm and weight 23.8 pounds. It will be available in Japans market late June at the price of USD1,247. Pictures after the jump.

PD-Z50DX4 : Plasma TV from JVC Malaysia

JVC Malaysia has just quietly released a new plasma tv, the PD-Z50DX4 which sports a 50-inch W-XGA (1366 x 768 pixel) DynaPix wide display with D.I.S.T (Digital Image Scaling Technology) for high-resolution picture. It has quite a slot for component IN, S-Video IN, AV-IN, PC-IN, HDMI, Centre CH IN, AV-OUT, Subwoofer OUT and a Headphones. It also features a computer controlled FASTEXT and 40W total RMS output. Samsung SVP-56K3HDB : The World’s First ACAP PDP TV

Samsung unveiled the worlds first SVP-56K3HDB, 56-inch PDP TV with ACAP features. ACAP stands for Advanced Common Application Platform and only issuable in the US and Korea. It enabled you to request two input at one time. Princeton PTV-WWTV7 : Wi-Fi LCD TV

Princeton Japan comes out with a waterproof portable 7-inch (480 x 234) LCD TV, the PTV-WWTV7 which comes with a separate TV jack connector, DVD player, 2 channel stereo speakers and it also have a Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11a) connectivity which cover 30 meters. It can last for 3 hours of playback time with its powerful Lithium Ion battery. Waterproof doesnt mean it allows you to throw the whole player into your pool and pick it up again.

This is the First Television Set in the World: The “Baird Televisor”, 1928 An early experimental and demonstration “Baird-type” television receiver with 30 lines, and Nipkow disc which turned with a speed of 750 rpm producing 12 1/2 pictures per second. LG Presents 3 New XCanvas Full HDTV’s with HDD

LG Electronics has just launched its new line of HDTVs with HDD. The three LCD TV include a 37”, a 42” and a 47″ set. The 47″ Full HDTV features a resolution of 1920×1080 and offers a cool 5000:1 ratio. The refresh time of 6ms makes it a best buy, especially with the FIFA World Cup is on its way, embellished with 178 degrees of viewing angle and a 250GB HDD DVR.

Finally there is something cool which is definately for girls. A “Hello Kitty” 13-inch television is the best companion for girls in their bed room. It comes with a built in DVD player as well. Size is as 18.75″ x 18″ x 19″. Im going to bet with you guys that girls going to love this pinkish stuff even though it is just a tv.
