Samsung has come out with a new 30-inch AMOLED TV at the FPD 2009. This display has been claimed as the world’s first 30-inch AMOLED TV that supports 3D picture (stereoscopic) and full HD resolution. It measures only at 2.5mm thin and it is powered by Samsung’s patented Simultaneous Emission with Active Voltage (SEAV) technology and the Crosstalk technology to reduce dizziness and eye fatigue.

Samsung Needle Slim is a 3mm thin 40” Full HD LED Backlight TV. It features a 120Hz LCD panel and a 5000:1 contrast ratio. Just being shown, not released yet, maybe they still working on something. More pictures after the break.

Samsung’s 55-inch 240Hz Full HD 3D LCD panel is being shown at the KES in Seoul (Korean equivalent of the CEATEC). Looks like it has some effect on games.

Samsung is showing off its new 3D LCD TV panel. Sized at 55-inch, comes with 240Hz refresh rate (usual 120Hz). Samsung extra hertz give the content more natural, vibrant and create no ghosting compared to those lower hertz. For the 3D, you’ll will need to use that glasses which going to make you looks like a fly. This TV will be shown at the IMID expo in South Korea.

Sony has released a new drip-proof universal remote, the RM-PZ3SD, compatible with most Sony TVs. It is available in several colors and proce at 2468 Yen ($29) in Japan this September 10th.

It comes with simple black glossy frame with gold patterns, blue waves or red flowers on the edge. Panasonic has released its TH-L17C10. It is available in 3 different colors and features 1366 x 768 resolution, with 1 HDMI, digital TV tuner, and a SD slot that allows your photos to go directly on your TV. The 17” LCD TV is sold in Japan at 65000 Yen.

Wow that’s cool, a 98-incher on bedroom’s ceiling. Alright, a great mum Patti Deni wanted a 98-inch StarGlas60 screen to be aligned straight with the ceiling of her kid’s bedroom. Stereo Advantage, an audio/video specialty company in Williamsville, NY, has installed a NEC video projector and projection mirrors. The whole thing weighted more thatn 300 pounds and they had to make a new ceiling frame to support it.

LG has released its W2286L, their latest LED Backlight TV and monitor. It features 2000000:1 (F-Mode) contrast ratio in a 20mm monitor, 1680×1050 resolution, two HDMI connectors, and consuming 40% less power than the normal 22” Monitor. Samsung Electronics in Korea, has announced the launched of their new 23-inch full HD TV and monitor combo ‘P2370HD’. It comes in premium crystal design and features a built-in HDTV tuner, a HDMI port, and built-in stereo speakers. It is available at 526,000(KRW).
