It is 2GB device that comes with a 3-inch display with 480 x 272 resolutions, a 200MHz ARM7 processor with a 200MHz Rockchips DSP, and an iPod-type split-screen menu system. The equipped dual 200MHz chips support MP3, WAV, WMA, Ogg, FLAC, AAC, APE, MPEG4, Real, AVI and NES emulation. The RAmos RM970 is available now in Asian markets.
