BenQ-Siemens CL71 Slider

BenQ-Siemens in Taiwan had just released its CL71 Slider to the market. It had been awarded as iF design(not really sure what is iF Design). It has a 2′’ 176 x 220 pixels, 260k colors TFT LCD with IPS (in Plane Switch) Technology.It features a 1.3 Megapixel camera, MP3 player, 24MB internal memory, MicroSD slot and FM Radio. Smartphone featuring a color touchscreen – speech balloons are brought to real life from comic strips. Oh-yeah! The smartphone adapts to your favorite comics: talks to you in your favourite characters language, updates you on new series, contains tunes, ringing tones and games based on the comics. The tail of the balloon serves as a USB connector to interchage data between the smartphone and a computer.

Tts tri-band GSM/GPRS device with EDGE support. It has a 208 x 208, 262,144-colour display and a megapixel camera. The on-board music player supports MP3 and AAC songs, and the phone is based on Nokias Series 40 UI. Its AM logo is being laser etched onto its stainless steel sliding case. Not just that, there is also a special ringtone composed by Japanese muso Ryuichi Merry Christmas, Mr Lawrence Sakamoto and another thats essentially a recording of the Vantages V8 engine revving up. Guess what phone is that!

LG New DMB Mobile Phones

These are the new slim LG-KB1500 and LG-LB1500 DMB phones by LG(Dont look at the girls). A major effort was put into the design to create a luxurious-looking device. The case is 19.6mm thick/thin and it weighs 120g. I cant seems to find any information on this phone over the internet. Probably its too new to be review. Samsung Unveils Korean Card Phone

This looks like a calculator for me. Its Samsung SCH-V870 mobile phone which is almost the size of a credit card. It is slightly bigger. The ultra-slim (should be thinner than Razr) handset – dubbed the Platinum Cardphone measures just 8.7 x 5.4 x 0.9cm and weighs 81g.
