Fujitsu Mobile Unveiled in Milan

The Good Design Award 50 Years exhibition is currently on display at La Triennale di Milano (Milan, Italy) to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Japans foremost design awards, the Good Design Awards (also called the G-Mark system). One of the highlights of the exhibition which features 20 of Japan’s best known industrial design brand names, is a display of concept phones and computers from Fujitsu.

XCute DV50 : Mobile or Mobile Digi Cam?

Is that gadget function as a mobile phone or more to a digital camera phone ? It looks more like digital cam from the back and what attracted me is the high megapixel. Its a 8 megapixel mobile camera phone. Some digital cam cant even compete with mobile from XCute. Looks like they are producing quite some phone which really crack everyones believes. It is only 100g in weight and is planned to be on the market in May this year.

What catch my attention on this phone is the slim design.The XCute S50 is slim at 9mm only. It has a 3 megapixel CMOS camera, able to render the image to 6 megapixel high. The camera module can produce better image with the help of auto focus and flash module. S50 display screen is at 16 million colors, should be the highest you can find in the market.

If we were rich….Sorry, make that stinking, filthy, I-owns-an-island and I’m-tenth-in-line-to-the-throne rich, the only phone brand we would go anywhere near would be Vertu. This handmade mobile from exotic metals at prices where most of us would go for a brand new car or house extension, you cant get a more exclusive mobile.

Can you imagine how expensive will a mobile phone be? This Vertu mobile only have features such as sms, mms, alarm clock, advanced agenda, calculator, 1000 names in phonebook, 220 notes and 100 sms. There are no 3G 4G or even 5G included in such an expensive phone.
