Roger Arquer comes up with a new concept, a combination of a credit card and money clip together. The Visa Money Clip will allow you to carry around your plastic and a wad of cash without any extra bulk at all. It is good for those who don’t like to use wallet.

Here’s a garage concept, a transparent concrete garage model created by architects Neutral, the “Designer Garage”. No worry, no one will stare at your expensive car the whole day because this transparent garage features LCD sandwiched in between the concrete which can be electronically darken. This transparent garage will be selling at the price of $212,000.
