Simon Whitlock is the proud owner for this worlds first 48-cylinder, 4200cc motorcycle. It apparently took him three years to complete, overcoming some “hugh problems” along the way. It needs a 75cc “Donkey” motor under the seat to start the 48-cyl engine. According to the report, the main engine weighs one ton. “Don’t look at it as a bike, look at it as a pure feat of engineering,” he said. Images and video after the jump.

PaulTan said, Toyota Modellista has released a special 100 unit run of the Toyota Mark X. It comes with a Modellista bodykit and a Tom’s Supercharger bolted on to the 3GR-FE 3.0 V6 engine. I suppose the engine can be called a 3GR-FSE now? Not really sure. The special edition car is called the Toyota Mark X Special Version. Boy, it must have took them ages to crack their heads to think of that name.

At first glance, i thought is sort of robot car which had just been design based on the movie robotcop. Nissan has announced the next generation of its iconic Japanese-only GT-R performance car will be available in North America as a Nissan model, consistent with its global branding. The production GT-R will debut at the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show. It is scheduled to go on sale in Japan in Fall 2007, followed by the U.S. and Canada in Spring 2008. More details on the GT-R launch will be available at a later date.
