A closed down store with closing down sign might make some of you may feel sad, depressing or some of you might said that it’s damn ugly. Check this out what eBay do to those closed down store, sticking their ads on the closed down store tagged “moved to eBay”. The clever eBay Belgium have turned that frown upside down and promoting their new ad campaign along the way. It’s kind of funny but it is truth, when you can’t find it a store you know you’ll find it in eBay.

Archos has released its latest MP3 player the Archos 104 and it is to be a replacement Gmini XS 100. Archors says that this player will provide all the high-end functionality like iPod nano and will be cheaper. Archos 104 features a storage of 4GB which is enough to store up to 4,000 songs, a 1.5 inch color display screen, will support for MP3, WAV, WMA and protected WMA, and also the PlaysForSure music stores like Napster To Go, which allows you to rent music on monthly basis. The player will also have a photo viewer in JPEG and it can be syncs with Windows Media Player 10 for easy organization and storage of your music collection. Archos 104 comes in 3 colors metallic grey, black and pink for ladies. It measures 3.6 x 1.7 x 0.5 inches and weighs 2.8 ounces. It will be available this coming September for $159

The Wrist Watch Phone

The W-Sim card, it a new invented SIM card which is bigger than the normal SIM card. It is a new technology used by Japanese PHS operator Willcom. Though is big but it is useful it can store your user data and also all the transmission technology needed for a mobile device to work, the built in antenna. There’s one company from Japan making 5000 pieces of wrist watch phone (pic above). This wrist watch phone accept the W-Sim to enable the wireless connection. The wrist watch also allow you to receive media streaming and watch it through its 2.4-inch LCD screen display. It measures 89.5 x 58 x 22.3mm and weighs 120g.

The AudioStation from Logitech
|

Logitech released an iPod speaker system, the AudioStation. It features two 1-inch dome tweeters, a pair of 4-inch woofers, and a total power output of 80W. It also has a maximum sound pressure level of 110dB, and a frequency response of 36Hz to 23kHz plus/minus 3dB. Other specs includes a AM/FM radio, a built-in LCD that displays a clock or radio info, a standard 3.5mm input, and an S-Video output for iPods with video, as well as a 16-button remote. This product will be available this coming October along with a portable version, the AudioStation Express.

Pantech launches its PN-218 for USA
|
|
Pantech Group has signed an agreement with Alltel Wireless for supplying its compact PN-218 handset to for USA market. The PN-218 phone features a bright color screen and a rugged construction, a VGA camera with flash and zoom, as well as Ringtone shuffler, high-speed data transmission and picture/ringtone Caller ID. It measures only 3.02 inch long, 2.15 inch wide and 0.96 inch thick with the flip closed.
