Toshiba Launch 16GB pen drive

Yeah! 16GB. Toshiba will be launching its TransMemory line of Flash drive which will be available in standard sizes like 512Mb, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, and 16GB. The great one 16GB version which offers a big amount of storage space will be released a month later after the smaller sized drive released in the end of November Japan. The TransMemory drives will incorporate U3 platform technology that allows users to bring along their very own computing environment wherever they go and leaving with no trace behind when the drive is removed.

Look like a portable media player from Philips. Nope, it is the Philips TSU 9600 Pronto, a universal remote control. The Pronto comes with a 3.7″ 640 x 480 pixel touchscreen and it claims to be king of remote control which it can control nearly everything. The powerful remote control can work through walls and all the functions can be configured using a PC which will make it much easier. Pricing and availability has not been announced.

The Monocopter

Andreas Petzolt created the “Monocopter”, it is turbine-powered personal flying suit. It brings you in the air for 20 minute on a full tank of fuel. Andrea plans to go for a gas turbine, driving a huge fan to achieve a high mass flow of air. The Creative Zen Vision W unveiled, it features a 4.3-inch TFT-LCD display, CompactFlash I/II card slot, AV-out, and a photo viewer. Supported video formats include MPEG-1/2/4, MJPEG, and XviD.
