Vizio XVT Series LCD TVs

Vizio has announced its new XVT Series LCD TVs, the first two models ~ 42-inch SV420XVT ($1200) and the 47-inch SV470XVT ($1500). Both of them come with 4 HDMI inputs, 1080p resolution with 120Hz operation, Vizio’s Smooth Motion Technology, SRS TruSurround XT technology for virtual 5.1 surround sound, and complementing component, composite, and S-Video inputs. I can imagine I have of this large LCD TV in my room, that will be great.

Samsung launched HD PDP TV ‘PAVV Cannes 650′ in Korea
|

Samsung Electronics has launched a full HD PDP TV ‘PAVV Cannes 650′ in Korea which comes in 50-inch and 58-inch. Samsung boasts the Cell Light Control feature which makes it support 1,000,000:1 mega-contrast ratio. Samsung also uses the 2008 Ultra Daylight technology and DNIe+(Digital Natural Image engine+) chipset to offer high quality picture. The Samsung HD PDP TV ‘PAVV Cannes 650′ comes with a suggested prices of 3,000,000(KRW) for 50-inch model and 4,900,000(KRW) for 58-inch. More pictures after the break.

132-inch TV from Lancer
|

You have seen the 150-inch Panasonic LCD, there’s actually a 132-inch TV also. It is from Lancer and this big TV will cost 1/10 the price ($15,500). Meaning to say this display is intended for commercial purposes only ~ like basketball stadiums and Times Square. More pictures after the jump.

Philips 132-inch display for 3D Show
|
|
Philips presents their new 132″ display at the IFA that can display 3D pictures without using those 3D glasses. It’s not a “single gigantic flat panel display”, but a combination of nine 42-inch displays on a 3 x 3 grid. With the WOWvx 3-D technology, it tricks your eyes and brain into thinking they’re seeing depth within the room-sized frame. There’s a special lenticular lens device equipped on each of the nine displays and there’s also a sophisticated digital signal processing software and hardware hidden behind the screen.

Samsung Bordeaux LN40 and 46F81BD
|

Samsung has unveiled two new PAVV TeleVisions from the Bordeaux range in Korea, the LN40 and 46F81BD (40 and 46 inches). They both feature 25000:1 ratio, Full HD resolution and 1080p24, HDMI, 120Hz chipset and from 60 to 120 images per second. JVC 110-inch TV on show
|
|
JVC is showing-off their 110″ rear projection TV that boasts 1080p full high definition at Finetech. Features low power consumption of 220W, constrast ratio of 5,000 to 1, and a female-to-TV ratio of 7:1. You can head to Japan this December to get one and it will costs you $50,500.
