Musical Furnishing - Rumba Table

Musical Furnishing is introducing its Musical Rumble Series. It is a drum table with interchangeable and rearrangeable percussion inserts. They are four sizes of table to choose from. The smallest one accepts four of smaller instruments while the largest accept sixteen. All of them are hand built by NW Artist Tor Clausen in his Studio in Olympia WA. ABSOLUT QUARTET - automated multi-instrumental orchestral machine
|

Dan Paluska and Jeff Lieberman have created the ABSOLUT QUARTET, an automated multi-instrumental orchestral machine. This large-scale electromechanical sculpture consists of three instruments and thousands of parts to create music. The main timbre is a marimba played by balls shot from the robotic canon, other components which include a series of wineglasses played by little robotic fingers and an array of robotic percussive instruments”. Pocket Guitar for iPhone or iPod Touch

Good news for all the guitarists that owned an iPhone. Here’s the PocketGuitar, a virtual guitar application for the iPhone and iPod Touch. It’s developed as a Google Code project by Shinya Kasatani, allows you to recycle the songs on your iPod/iPhone for some strumming action.
