There were rumors saying that there will be a new Vertu Signature mobile phone to be released soon. The luxury phone is said to support 3G and WiFi connectivity and also, will come with a bright QVGA OLED with 320 x 240 pixels that supports 16 million colors, Bluetooth, VoIP, WCDMA dual-band 2100/850 MHz and GSM quad-band 850/900/1800/1900MHz frequencies. Launch date, pricing and full specs are still unknown at the moment.

An odd shaped phone but nice, SKY has announced the HSDPA handset ‘IM-S370′ aka ‘Blue Wink’ in Korea market via SK Telecom on 29th August which is tomorrow.

The IM-S370 comes with blue lighting and hairline cracks on the front. It features the Moneta, SKT’s new online payment service, integrated mp3 player, video call, Bluetooth connectivity, FM radio, e-dictionary and more.

The SKY IM-S370 will be available in black, white, violet and gold color and will be priced at 500,000 (KRW). Blue wink huh…I guess that’s why she got blue colored nails and she’s not winking at you. One more shot after the break.

HTC has announced their new smartphone, the HTC S740. This slider has both numeric keypad and the QWERTY keyboard. It features sleek and glossy design like the Touch Diamond, 7.2 Mbps download speeds, a 2.4 inch TFT-LCD with backlight LEDs and QVGA resolution, 3.2-megapixel camera with fixed focus, wifi connection, microSD slot, Bluetooth and FM radio. Besides the N79, Nokia has also officially announced the Nokia N85 another multimedia phone. It comes with an 2.6″ OLED screen, music with in-built FM transmitter, “5.0-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics plus dual LED flash and geotagging capabilities”, microSD slot and preloaded with 10 N-Gage gaming titles and a voucher to activate one full game license.

Its 5.0-megapixel with Carl Zeiss optics and bright dual LED flash will capture sharp images and also DVD-quality videos at 30 frames per second. There’s also a 3.5mm jack for you to shove in your favorite headset and the FM transmitter let you play the song in your N85 wirelessly via car or home stereo.

The Nokia N85 is expected to be shipped in October 2008 with an estimated retail price of €450, excluding taxes and subsidies. Each of them packs with an 8 GB microSD card. Yeah!….

Nokia has official announced its Nokia N79. This multimedia phone comes with integrated navigation, music with FM transmitter, high-speed 3.5G HSDPA and Wi-Fi, a 5.0-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics plus dual LED flash and preloaded with 10 pre-loaded N-Gage games.

Remember the Xpress-on? The Nokia N79 comes with comes with Xpress-on smart covers that are available in five colors and they are the Light Sea Blue, Espresso Brown, Olive Green, White and Coral Red. A combination of three of these comes with each Nokia N79.

Got a Friendster account? A Friendster widget has been made available for the Nokia N79 via the WidSets service. It will let you browse your friends’ profiles in Friendster, so as view and post shoutouts, upload pictures from the handset, and browse their own and friends’ photo albums. What about Facebook?

The Nokia N79 is expected to be shipped in October with an estimated retail price of €350, excluding taxes and subsidies. Package will include a 4GB microSD memory card. Yeah!

Verizon and UTStarcom has produced the TXT8010 my-first-QWERTY phone aka Blitz. Yeah, it is a slider with QWERTY keypad, a 1.3 mega pixel camera, a microSD slot and stereo Bluetooth along with VCAST Music. This cutie will cost you only $70 with two years of contract. Hmm… this phone just looks familiar to me.

Nokia N85

Nokia announced their new handsets today, the N85 and the N79.

The Nokia N85 has just got the FCC approval earlier this month. The phone is said to have a 2.6-inch AMOLED screen, GPS, five megapixel cam, N-Gage compatibility, 8GB of microSDHC storage, WiFi, and a 28-hour music playback battery life.

While the N79 is said to replace the N78, it’s a 5-mega shooter with dual-LED flash and comes with, GPS, 4GB microSDHC storage, WiFi, swappable back covers, and a 24-hour music playback battery life.

The Samsung INNOV8 competitor is here, LG has released the LG KC910 successor to its LG KU990 Viewty. This LG KC910 comes with a large 3-inch touch screen with 256k colors and a 240 x 400 resolution.

The back design is not provided at the press photos yet, but it is confirm to have an 8-megapixel camera module behind support auto focus plus Xenon flash module. It support video recording with 30 fps in VGA resolution or 120 fps in QVGA resolution.

The extra great features of this phone will be the built in WiFi, GPS, bluetooth and the supports of Xvid and DivX video playing, This 14mm thick KC910 is expected to be available in October this year. There’s no info on those three buttons at the front, it’s maybe the “call”, “home” and “end call” buttons.
