Sony to unveil 0.3mm OLED TV

You have seen the 3mm OLED TV from Sony and today Sony is developing a 0.3mm OLED TV. That’s roughly equal to the thickness of a playing card. Wow! It’s definitely be a great tool for conman in casino.

BTC(www.btc.co.kr) has launched a 26-inch multimedia LCD monitor ‘Zeus 8000 260MS Delux’ in Korea market. In two tone color with high-gloss finish, it comes with HDMI, DVI, D-SUB and multi-card reader slot, the Zeus 8000 260MS Delux supports 1,920 x 1,200 resolution, 10,000:1 contrast ratio, 450 cd/m² brightness and 5ms response speed. Hyundai Dual-view LCD Technology

Great! Driver needs the GPS and passenger needs entertainment. Now, Hyundai is looking towards incorporating the dual-view LCD technology for their future vehicles. This new technology allows two different views between the driver and the front passenger from one centrally mounted LCD display. Meaning to say, the driver can check outs the GPS and at the other side, the front passenger can enjoy movie. Hyundai will be putting on this technology in its Grandeur saloons first.

Here’s the Sony Bravia portable B4000 LCD TV. It is available in 20, 23, and 26-inch and each of them comes with virtual surround sound, Sony’s trademark “BRAVIA Engine,” dual HDMI ports, and integrated Freeview digital TV tuners. It has a handgrip at the back which makes the BRAVIA B4000-Series easily and safely portable. No words on pricing and availability.

Dell announces new Crystal LCD Display
|

Dell officially announced the availability of their new 22-inch Crystal LCD display, it’s going for $1200. Featuring 1680 x 1050 native resolutions, 2ms response time, 2000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, built-in webcam, speakers, and HDMI connectivity. Though it looks very nice and has many features, but I won’t spend $1200 for a monitor. One more shot after the jump.

This monitor will support the multi video conference call with built-in PC, 2M webcam, array MIC and speaker. SyncMaster 220TN comes with a refresh rate, 1680 x 1050 resolution, four USB ports, and an embedded V2oIP(Voice and Video over IP) which enable you to make voice and video calls without the help of a running PC. Samsung bendable OLED display

Samsung Japan has showed their world’s first bendable OLED display at the FPD International 2007. It’s a 4.3-inch screen with a resolution of 480 x 272 dots, brightness of 200 cd/m2 and a contrast ratio of 1000:1. No words on development status and when the technology would go mainstream.

Here’s the Samsung latest 24 inch Syncmaster 245T LCD monitor that features the (Picture in Picture), and PbP (Picture by Picture), plus the MPA (Motion Picture Acceleration) to display better quality images than before. At the back, you got HMDI and S-Video connections and it also supports for the HDCP (High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection).
