Alienware is going to put on the NVIDIA Quadro FX 3600M GPU with 512MB RAM on its 15.4-inch notebook Area-51 m15x.

Intended for heavy-duty graphics processing, the GPU has support for Open GL 2.1, Shader Model 4.0 and DirectX 10 with the ability to dynamically allocate geometry, shading and pixel processing.

Asus has unveiled its F8Va notebook, a Montevina platform-based laptop. It is powered by Intel Core Duo T9400 2.53GHz processor and comes with 14″ WXGA screen with 1,440 x 900 resolution, 4GB DDR2 800MHz RAM, 320GB SATA hdd, ATI Radeon HD3650 graphics card, Blu-ray combo optical drive, 1.3-megapixel camera, HDMI out and a ATI Radeon HD3650 graphics card. It will be available in Korea by the end of this month.

Dell’s E mini notebook has been priced at $300, worth to get one right? It will be available in last quarter of this year. You will be able to see one at CES 2009. Dell plan to roll out anywhere about two to three mil units before the year ends. Rumors spec says it will be available in 8.9-inch and 12.1-inch and according to Engadget you will get get an instant-on Linux distro running atop Intel’s 1.6GHz Atom processor, a 1,024 x 600 display, 3x USB, a wee SSD, integrated webcam, WiFi, and more in a 0.82-1.22-inch thick sled weighing about 2.2-pounds.

Toshiba announced their new line of Satellite notebooks powered by AMD Puma mobile platform. Models include P300D, A300D, M300D, U400D, L300D, and L350D and they will come with a range of AMD’s Athlon Dual Core QL, Turion Dual Core RM, and Turion Ultra ZM processors. Other cool features include an integrated FM tuners, face recognition technology for greater security, Sleep-and-Charge USB ports, and eSATA ports. Besides all that, Toshiba also added Harman Kardon speakers and an HDMI output on all of its new Satellites.
