NVIDIA has launched a high end workstation VGA card, the dual GPU Quadro FX 4700 X2. It provides 2GB frame buffer (1 GB per GPU), and equipped with SLI technology. It is claimed to support full 128-bit floating-point pipeline with high dynamic range and breakthrough 64x full-screen antialiasing.

Kyocera annouced the World’s Fastest High-resolution Inkjet Printhead
|

Kyocera has announced the world’s fastest high-resolution inkjet printhead for commercial application, the new KJ4 series printhead. It will go on sales globally starting April next month. The KJ series has a full-color print speed of up to 200 meters per minute at 600 x 480 dpi, or 150 meters per minute at 600 x 600 dpi (that’s about 1,000 sheets of A4 paper per minute). It comes with the widest print line of any printhead in its class, spanning 4.25 inches (108 millimeters).

Fujitsu announced the MHZ2 BJ series Hard Disk
|

Fujitsu has announced their new MHZ2 BJ series of 2.5” hard disk drives that come with rotational speed of 7200 RPM and capacities up to 320 GB. This series is designed for use in high performance notebook and desktop computers. The Fujitsu MHZ2 BJ series takes only 2.3 W of power for read and write operations, ranking it among the most power-efficient drives in its class. It supports the high-speed data transfers through Serial ATA 3.0 GB/s interface. The MHZ2 BJ series will be available at the end of June 2008.

LG launched 22x high speed super multi drive
|

LG electronics has launched a new super multi drive ‘GH22’ which enables 22x high speed on DVD writing. This takes only 4 minutes 30 seconds to burn a 4.7GB data. Fast and safe data writing is also possible with its 2MB memory and buffer under run prevention technology. The GH22 supports horizontal and vertical installation that allows users to fix it in a slim pc.

Asus MS71 - mouse and storage in one
|

The Asus MS71 was unveiled at the CeBIT 2008. It is a USB memory drive but when it is detached into two, it will work as a wireless laser mouse. When detached, the smaller part will work as the mouse transmitter while the other part is the laser mouse with scroll wheel. The receiver (the mouse) comes with a magnetic locking mechanism that will attach the transmitter for the charging. Pricing and availability has not been announced. Samsung Releases World’s First 2.5-Inch Half-Terabyte Hard Drive
|
|
Samsung has announced the world’s first 500GB 2.5HDD (5400Rpm) for notebook PCs, the Spinpoint M6. It features a 5400rpm spindle speed, a 8MB cache, and 3.0Gbps SATA interface with a Free-Fall-Sensor available as an optional feature. That will be nice to tell you friends that, you have a half terabyte of storage on your notebook. The Spinpoint M6 is currently ship with the manufacturer suggested retail price of $299.

GMC Bulldozer R4 Computer Case
|

The GMC Bulldozer R4 is not some modifications or custom pc case. The CD-ROM drive is faced down, ejecting the disc just like the tongue.
