Hmm interesting I see…Zhang Xiachang a Chinese researcher has developed a paper-like battery that measures only 0.5mm thick and can be bent and rolled like paper. There’s no information on battery life. So I think that soon in the future we’ll have a digital wrist watch as flat as this battery, 0.8mm maybe - that will be cool.

JVC has released a new pair of wooden earphones, the HP-FX500. According to JVC the use of wood is to enhance the audio quality but that remains to be tested. Each pair is going for €100 ($146).

This is the Fleece Jacket from Thanko. It is powered by batteries and will warm you up in the water winter. The jacket gets warmed up via the heating pads that get charged with the battery pack. The battery pack can be taken out for easier charging with the AC adaptor, at the same time you can send you jacket for a quick dry cleaning.
