Apple’s new Apple TV that was launched last year didn’t actually sail smoothly, as it was being haunted with a few small issues just like the iPhone 4. There’s the screen flickering from some owners using a HDMI to DVI adapter for their Apple TV. This might be a small issue and only happens when using the adapter, but now an Apple rep has confirmed on the company’s support forums that Apple is indeed “aware of this issue and working on a fix.” No more details than that at the moment, but it seems like you can rest assured that Apple won’t be leaving you behind just because your TV doesn’t have an HDMI port. Then again, a 32-inch TV with HDMI port is bloody cheap these days, although most of them don’t support 1080P but so does the Apple TV anyway.
