Sony Ericsson Windows Phone 7 prototype shows up

If you weren’t aware, Sony Ericsson was named a Windows Phone 7 partner a year ago when Microsoft did the launching for Windows Phone 7. However, nearly a year has passed, and we’ve yet to see any Sony Ericsson phones with Windows Phone 7 loaded. Though, we’re very sure we saw quite a number of Sony Ericsson with other operating system being launched lately. However, that may not be the case. Apparently, Sony Ericsson does have a Windows Phone in its stable, just that it’s being late in the market.
Pictures of what looks to be a Sony Ericsson prototype running Windows Phone 7 recently surfaced at Lizhecomb. However, rumour had it that Sony Ericsson did produce a prototype sliding WP7 handset called the Julie, and it looks much like the one above, and this one certainly looks a little prototypical compared to contemporary designs. What it may add up to is Sony Ericsson and ASUS in the same boat, that is, two WP7 launch partners that failed to launch, but each with hardware to show for it, and probably just being late for the party.
