ViewSonic ViewPad 10Pro 10-inch Dual-boot Tablet

ViewSonic plans to unveil its ViewPad 10Pro tablet at Mobile World Congress. However, to distinguish itself from the flooded market of tablets, it’s made itself clear towards geek, that is being the first tablet to have dual-boot capability. The tablet is said to be powered by both Windows 7 and Android 2.2, though Honeycomb is said to come very soon after launching.
Based on Intel’s Oak Trail platform, the ViewPad 10Pro also features a 1024 x 600 LED-backlit capacitive touchscreen, WiFi, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity. Its battery provides enough juice for up to 6-hour. In an era where most tablet manufacturers are going the dual-core way, we’ll see how Intel’s new Atom processor stands out among the crowd.
