G.Skill’s new memory for Sandy is very flashy and jaw ripping

G.Skill today presented its brand new RipjawsX series memory modules, which is designed specifically for the Sandy bridge collection of Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 central processing units, which also has their NDA lifted today for the world. The new RipjawsX series consists of a myriad of products, with capacities of 4GB or 8GB, even 16GB, and frequencies of 1,333MHz to 2,300MHz. All modules are equipped with red, blue or black-colored heatspreader, and more extreme ones are bundled with a fan for extra active cooling. Combined with the Sandy Bridge platform, the new G.Skill RipjawsX series memory kits offer more bandwidth and performance than previous Intel Core platform. You can get up to 25K MB/s bandwidth at extreme memory speed of 2,300MHz CL7. Looks like Corsair Vengeance has a new rival.
