Samsung has just reported that they’ve managed to break through the one million unit mark in global sales for their ‘iPad killer’, the 7-inch Android tablet Galaxy Tab. That’s quite a remarkable achievement as the outfit only sold 600,000 as of November 22nd. That’s some 400,000 bounce up in a few weeks’ time. The firm is now in aim of the 1.5 million mark before the party pops for New Year’s Eve. While that number is nothing when compared to the slightly bigger competitor the iPad which to date has sold over 7 million units, that is still some very remarkable sales number.
