Vizio XVT Series Goes 3D

This comes as a surprise, probably. Vizio has injected Three-Dee into their XVT-series televisions, by introducing a trio of new 3DTVs. The largest in the trio would be this 55-inch XVT553SV, where it will be accompanied by the 47-inch XVT473SV and the 42-inch XVT3D424SV.

There are some serious features to punch other competitors in these new 3DTVs, which should help boost fame for Vizio’s ‘Six Time Award Winning’ television series. These new 3DTVs feature an integrated dual-band Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth remote control with a hardware QWERTY keyboard and access to Vizio Internet Apps. Too bad, you will need to purchase your own pairs of 3D active shutter glasses because those don’t come bundled. No love there from Vizio. But well you can still scout for some fashionable 3D glasses. The Vizio XVT3D554SV, XVT3D474SV and XVT3D424SV are priced at $2,400, $1,800 and $1,400, respectively.
