I bet many will agree that the current Xbox 360 controller is awesome. It’s probably the best console controller of all times. But some people think that they can improve what’s already perfect. That’s why the N-Control Avenger exists. The N-Control has a lever-filled shell wrapped around the D-pad to “provide simultaneous control over a host of inputs at once”.

The idea is that you’ll never need to take your thumbs off the analog sticks to swap weapons or reload, because you’ll just flick one of those weighted levers instead. You’ll also seemingly gain a split-second advantage over opponents on the draw since the contraption constantly applies tension to each of the controller’s triggers, making them easier to press. However, the downside of this “expansion” is that it adds weight to a device that is supposed to be light and compact for long hour gaming. That’s why, for $60, the company will include a tripod for you.
