Samsung’s Galaxy Tab has just been announced, and not everyone can get it yet. But Samsung is already thinking about the next generation Tab. Well, that’s if they decide to use this new 7-inch Super AMOLED panel for the next generation Tab, or an entirely new product.

Samsung Mobile Display is set to debut a new 7-inch Super AMOLED panel at the FPD-International exhibition in Japan in two weeks, ahead of full production in mid-2011. Its 1200 x 600 resolution is wider than the Tab’s current 1024 x 600. But there’s not a single clue when a product will surface with this baby on.
