Mushkin has been missing in the memory war for quite some time after getting very active in the DDR era. But now they’re back to give a good fight, albeit in a very weird name for their lineup. Mushkin has unveiled the new Radioactive memory kits, which are designed for the gaming and enthusiast markets. This new Radioactive Series comes with DDR3-1600 CL6 memory kits for Intel’s LGA1366 and LGA1156 platforms, as well as a 2000MHz 6GB CL8 triple kit.

The Mushkin Radioactive Series consists of three kits, including:

• 6GB (3x2GB) PC3-16000, 8-10-8-27, 1.65V
• 6GB (3x2GB) PC3-12800, 6-8-6-24, 1.65V
• 4GB (2x2GB) PC3-12800, 6-8-6-24, 1.65V

There’s no price mentioned when Mushkin announced the ram, as well as no mention of when these radioactive products will be available.
