Germany’s Freie University pimps up a new Volkswagen Passat, but not with bodykits and NOS. this time, its laser, radar, and sensor stuff. The project is called “Made in Germany”, and has a companion iPad padd from Appirion to do all the messy details. You just start the program, punch in coordinates and wait for the car to extract itself from a nearby parking lot and pick you up from school.
