OCZ Deneva Series SSDs with SandForce SF-2000 Processor

The second generation SandForce SF-2500/2600 SSD processor was released not long ago, and already players are up to implementing them in their products, such as this OCZ Deneva Series SSDs. Being one cutting-edge product focusing on speed, the OCZ Deneva will now feature things like 6Gbps and 25nm SLC, MLC, and eMLC flash memory support. There might be some models still using 34nm chips thought, as OCZ did not promise that the whole lineup will apply the new 25nm SLC. The Deneva will support speeds of 500MB/s transfer rates and 60,000 random 4KB write IOPS. These new breed of OCZ Deneva SSDs will hit stores at the first quarter of 2011. There’s no mention of what capacity will they come in thought.
