Disgo is also hitting back with another budget-friendly Android tablet called the Tablet 6000. Measuring only 14.6mm thick, this ultra-thin device boasts a 7-inch 800 x 480 touchscreen display, a 256MB RAM, a 2GB of flash storage, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), WiFi, two built-in 0.5W speakers, two mini-USB ports, a headphone jack, a mini-HDMI port, a 1500mAh battery and runs on Android 2.1 OS. The Tablet 6000 will start shipping at the end of this month for $290.
