See how visible you are to the outside world using SNAP

SNAP (Social Network Analyzer for Privacy) by BIT Systems does one thing and one thing only: it looks at your Facebook profile and then “grades you on how visible you are to the outside world.” Of course, you can always just go into Facebook itself and look at your privacy settings, which would save you the steps of downloading an app and using it to login to your account, but at least the thing is free. And it does provide a handy and thorough tutorial on Facebook privacy in general. Hit the source link to take it for a spin.

Previously many little innocent girls went rampage over the privacy issues of Facebook, and thus forcing Facebook to re-manage their privacy settings after an emergency meeting. But if you’re still sceptical over their new setting, then SNAP (Social Network Analyzer for Privacy) by BIT Systems is here to help you, and they’re summoned for that one and only reason, which is to look at your Facebook profile and ‘grades you on how visible you are to the outside world’. Sounds rather scary aren’t it.

Of course, you can always just go into Facebook itself and look at your privacy settings, which would save you the steps of downloading an app and using it to login to your account, but at least the thing is free. We all love free stuff don’t we, so it’ll be fun to hit the link and take the app for some driving. There shouldn’t be any worry to giving out your email and password to an unknown app, as it uses Facebook Connect so you’re not entirely giving your login credentials to them. Pretty safe. Now why don’t you see how ‘visible’ you are to the outside world?
