Yamaha to join the EV gang with their electric scooter EV-03

Nowadays every automobile manufacturer is obsessed with EV. Of kush there’s nothing wrong with that, as everyone’s playing their part in saving mother earth. Yamaha has just ‘returned’ to the EV market, with their electric zoom zoom scooter, the EC-03.
Now, Yamaha is not new in the EV business. Back in 2002, they’ve been mass producing electric motorcycle, but production stopped in 2007 due to battery issues. But now, they’re back, and with a better battery. A single six-hour charge and you’re ready to go 43 kilometers (26.6 miles).
Yamaha sure has come up with a winner product, as the EC-03 is the cheapest electric scooter widely available on the market, priced at $2,800. What’s more, with the zero emissions, it’ll get even better market in friendly countries that support environment-friendly products. This would certainly be a big hit in Asian countries like Vietnam and Thailand, where majority of the population ride scooters.
