It has been proven that the new iPhone 4 shatters easily. What’s more, you need to grip it ‘differently’ or else your calls will eventually drop. The new Vapor4 bumper is here to protect your iPhone, and still keep its sleek and sexy looks, with some even sexier touches.

The Vapor4 bumper is made of aluminum, and is specifically designed to solve the antenna reception issue. With a great design, they created an inner liner that separates the metal from the antenna, while insulating it. Thus far their results have been great, for all range of iPhones.

Though, the Vapor4 is not cheap, which is expected. But then it’s cheaper than the wood version, and solves the reception issue. Prices start at $80, and goes for $100 for an additional V4Carbon, they add a carbon fiber back plate that will protect the iPhone 4’s glossy glassy back. But then, this bumper is so beautiful, that I doubt anybody would wanna scratch it too.
