A display that isn’t that ‘convenient’

Samsung, the Electronic Giant from South Korea, has many ‘world’s 1st’ under their names. Now they’re gonna add another into their long list, albeit this time it’s kind of bizarre. This time, it’s a transparent AMOLED display, an enlarge version of the 14-inch shown in January.
Samsung has stated that their labs have achieved a 30-percent transparency on its designs, and there are many concepts on which applications to use such display, though many of them are very futuristic.
Some applicable ideas for current day-to-day use would be counters, and in-car GPS. Others would be like storefront advertising, HUDs for helmets (*Tony Stark style), and car windshields, though many would actually prefer projectile HUD for cars, as the transparency is only about 30-percent. Until the transparency is improved, it is highly unlikely to be used in cars logically.
After looking at so many ‘world’s 1st’ from Samsung, I wonder what else lies underneath their research labs.
