iPhone 4G?

Is it for real this time? Apparently the phone was found on the floor of a San Jose bar inside of an iPhone 3G case. It has a front facing camera, removable back cover (??), 80GB (??). Can’t tell if this is a production model or just prototype. More shots after the break.

    ipod touch 3rd gen doesnt hav 8gb..it is 2nd gen..3rd gen is only for 32gb and 64gb….and of course 8gb use the old n slow processor…but for 3rd gen of ipod touch,the processor and the ram is same with iPhone 3GS……
