Vibe Earring-type Earphone NVE-300

Hey guys, we have received the Vibe earring-type earphone NVE-300. The NVE-300 is the world’s first “Earring-type sensational-sound earphone”. It is different from conventional earphone which transmits sound pressure 100% directly to your eardrums. It transmits sound through aurical and skin whereby protecting your ears and enables you to hear sound from outside.

It transmits sound via an ear flap, causing no impact on eardrums, and the user can hear external sound at the same time. It produces highly realistic dynamic sound, which makes it perfect for computer games, movies and music.

Its 3.5 mm jack will fit on almost devices like mp3 players, iPhone, PSP, media players etc. It has 4 levels volume adjustment for different places use.

We have an unboxing video after the break and check out some of my Sarawakians friends feel about this earphone, do they like or not? Check it out after the break.

Good packing, take me some time to tear off the bubble wrap.

Alright, I have show it off and tested it out on 30+ people and they are all very curious when they first saw this kind of earphone. All of them wear it wrongly before the instructions. Here are some of them which they allow me to picture them:

As for me, personally, I think that’s a great earphone. True, vibrates maybe a bit disturb but you will get use to it. Depends on the places I can adjust the volume I like. Maybe in the market or noisy area I can give it the full blast (is like a woofer on your ear) while in silent are I put it to lowest vol. I have tried it for an hour and did not get any pain on my ear. I’m not sure for others, as for me standard headset is getting me hot ears after hour of usage. Another great feat is that when you listen to music you can still talk to your friends. (it is just like a cafe with music) and secondly you don’t shout when people call you (you know when you play music loud with earphone, you speak loud too even in a silent environment).

Here’s how you wear it

Recorded up for the unboxing. 2:00-3:00 is quite boring you can skip that part :D

The Good:
1. Nice design – most people like it
2. Doesn’t block ears – talk with friend when using
3. Comfort – no painful ears after long hours of listening
4. Unique sound – yes, FEEL THE SOUND. It has great sound quality.
5. Power – it has its on power, will not suck battery from your devices

The Bad:
1. Ticklish because of the vibration (most people hate the vibration, some get use to it but most people not)
2. Doesn’t really fit on small ears and for those who uses earrings
3. Some people dislike bringing chargers around
