Silicon power is showing off their new CompactFlash which is the world’s first 400x CompactFlash card with 128GB. The card supports both PIO Mode-6 and Multi-Word DMA 4 transfer modes and features a write speed up to 90MB/second. The card also equipped with the Error Correction Code (ECC) function that detect and correct error automatically. No word pricing and availability.
