Friendster gets a Facelift

Social-networking site Friendster unveiled a new design on Thursday. It used to be a very popular site once in the past. According to the news, Friendster may be sold to a buyer in Asia by the end of the month for at least $100 million. The new revamped frienster capitalize on social-gaming craze: a virtual currency, an array of games, and virtual gifts. It says it has 75 million registered users, but I wondered how many of them are active. It has been almost a year I didn’t login, but it does looks better now than before.
