Instead of spending a lot cash on Hybrid and Tesla, Texas man David Murray spent $750 for a 1993 Eagle Talon from a junkyard and another $4k converting it into a plug-in electric car. The car is capable of hitting 55mph and $7 of electricity can go 300 miles. Video after the break.
