Team Group from Taiwan has announced their new series of solid state drives called the P2 IDE. It is a 2.5-inch drives that comes in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB capacities with IDE interface, MLC NAND flash memory chips, a MTBF of 2 million hours and provide read/write speeds of up to 80/50 MB/s for the 32GB model and 60/40 MB/s for both 64GB and 128GB models. No words on pricing and availability.
